WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER SIZE IN THE SAME ITEM*.


WE ALSO OFFER REFUND IN THE WAY OF STORE CREDIT ON ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE DEEMED NOT WORTHY BY THE CONSUMER.*

WARRANTY

WE STAND BEHIND THE CRAFTSMANSHIP AND QUALITY OF ALL OUR PRODUCTS. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF MANUFACTURING FAULTS, WE WOULD REPLACE/REPAIR THE PRODUCTS AT NO COST TO THE
CUSTOMER. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS SHOULD THERE BE A FAULT.

NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RA#.

TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST EMAIL US AT CONTACT@PARCASPORT.COM AND INFORM US OF THE REASON FOR RETURN.


WE WILL THEN PROVIDE YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS AND A RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER (RA#). NO GOODS WILL BE AC- CEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RA#.


GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT DATE – UNWORN AND/OR UNUSED AND CONTAIN ALL THE ORIGINAL PACK- AGING AND LABELS.


WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF US RECEIVING THE RETURNED ITEM.


WE RECOMMEND SENDING RETURNS VIA A SERVICE THAT HAS A TRACK & TRACE FUNCTION AS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST ITEMS.


ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS ARE OUR RESPONSIBILITY SO PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR ORIGI- NAL SHIPPING RECEIPT OR TAX INVOICE FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS DUE TO GARMENT FAULTS. IN THESE INSTANCES, A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.

EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT SIZES OR COLOURS ON SALES ITEMS CAN BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE AT THE COST OF THE CONSUMER AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

 

ALL RETURNS

All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.

Hats must be sent back inside another box to ensure the item is not squashed or damaged in transit. Please do not tape or mark the original product box.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.

Please note that exchange requests are not held. We suggest placing a new order for the new item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the returning item
